Build the woman you’re becoming this season

We help Christian single women move from passive waiting and begin building structured, measurable growth across all seven domains of life that makes her a formed woman with evidence that shows it.

You are doing everything right and somehow still stalled.

You’ve read the books, served in ministry, built a career, and stayed faithful through years that asked more of you than most people in this season can understand. You are doing the work, but you are not growing.

The financial cost

You have been deferring decisions you already know how to make. The investment account. The income shift. The financial plan you have been half building for a household that has not yet arrived

The vocational cost

There is a body of work inside you that has been nearly ready for years. The book. The business. The career move. The calling you keep preparing for instead of stepping into.

The relational cost

You are surrounded by people who love and genuinely care for you, yet none is positioned to challenge you.

The spiritual cost

Your prayer life is sincere, but it has not deepened in years. The disciplines meant to mature you have plateaued because nothing in your current structure challenges it to grow.

None of this means you are doing something wrong. You have been trying to build it alone, with no curriculum, defined structure or accountability, and no way to measure whether anything is working.

How I help you grow

The SNA Community

A membership community for the woman who wants to keep growing inside a room of women doing the same. You get live teachings on various formation domains, peer circles for the conversations you cannot have anywhere else, and curated live sessions with the founder. The community is where growth becomes a rhythm instead of a project, and where you stop building alone for good.

The Resource Library

Self-paced e-books, workbooks, and audit tools drawn from the same framework the cohort runs on. Every resource is built around one of the seven formation domains, so the work you start here moves you in the same direction the cohort would, on your own time. A quiet way to begin growing before you are ready to do it in a room.

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or regulated financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis service.

Meet your coach…

Hi, I am Getrude your coach.

I help single Christian women move from passive waiting that stalls to active building that transforms, turning their season of singleness into a purposeful journey of wholeness.

I equip them to discover their identity, align with their God-given purpose, and step into covenant-readiness through intentional structure and Spirit-led formation.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions About SNA Programs

Is this about getting me into a relationship?

No. This work is about your life now, whoever turns up in it later. Nothing here is framed around finding a partner, and you will never be told that your season is a problem to be solved.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No, and the difference matters. Coaching works forward from where you are, towards what you want to build. It is not treatment for a mental health condition, it is not medical care, and it is not regulated financial advice. If what you need is therapy, I will say so and help you look for it.

Do I have to share a faith to belong here?

No. The spiritual dimension is about meaning, grounding, and what holds you steady. Bring your own tradition or none. You will not be asked to sign up to anyone else’s.

What happens on the free call?

Thirty minutes. You talk, I listen, and we work out together whether this is the right fit. If it is, we will talk about which option suits and what it costs. If it is not, you leave with a clearer picture and no obligation.

Do I have to work through all seven domains?

No. Most people arrive strong in two or three and stuck in one. Start with the one that is loudest. The others tend to move once it does.
