Privacy policy
This policy explains what happens to your personal information when you use this website, book a call, or join a programme. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
This site is run by SNA Digital LLC, of 1111B S Governors Ave, Dover, DE 19904, United States. If you have a question about anything here, write to hello@singlenotalone.space.
The short version
Browsing this site sets no cookies and sends nothing about you to anyone else. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no social tracking, and the fonts are served from this site rather than from a font network. The one piece of embedded content, the booking calendar, does not load until you ask for it.
We only hold personal information you actively give us: when you send a message, book a call, or subscribe. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and we do not use it to advertise to you elsewhere.
What we collect, and why
When you contact us. Your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
When you book a call. Your name, email address, chosen time, time zone, and anything you add in the booking notes. We use it to hold the appointment, send you the confirmation and the joining link, and prepare for the session.
When you subscribe. Your email address, and your first name if you give it. We use it to send the emails you asked for. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
If you buy something. This website does not take payment. If you engage us for coaching, we hold your name, email address, billing details, and a record of what you bought, for as long as tax rules require. Any card details are handled by whoever processes the payment and never reach this website.
When you simply visit. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and for diagnosing faults. They are not used to build any picture of you.
What we do with it, and what we never do
We use your information for exactly the thing you gave it to us for: to reply to your message, to hold your appointment, to send the letter you asked for, or to deliver and support what you bought.
We also use it to keep records we are required to keep, for tax and accounting, and to keep the site working and secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We never have. There is no advertising on this site, there are no tracking pixels, and there is nobody we would be selling it to.
We do not use your information to build a profile of you, to target you with ads elsewhere, or to make any automated decision that affects you.
Who else sees it
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, under contract, and only to do the job we have given them. They are not permitted to use it for anything of their own.
Hosting: Hostinger. Stores the website, its database, and standard server logs.
Booking: Cal.com. Handles scheduling and sends the confirmations. Their calendar is only loaded if you press the button to open it, so nothing reaches Cal.com while you are simply reading the page.
Email: none at present. The newsletter form stores your address in this website’s own database, and it is not yet connected to a mailing list provider. When that changes, this page changes with it and anyone subscribed will be told.
Payments: none at present. This website does not take payment. Coaching is arranged on a call and invoiced separately, so no card details are entered here and none reach us through this site.
Beyond those, we share personal information only where the law requires it, or where there is a genuine and immediate risk of serious harm.
Coaching conversations themselves are covered by the confidentiality section of our Terms of Service, which is stricter than this policy.
Where it is held
This site and its database are hosted in data centres operated by Hostinger. If you are writing to us from outside the United States, your information will be stored and handled in the United States, where privacy law differs from your own.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work: 12 months from the last message.
Client records, including session notes: 7 years after the work ends, or however long tax rules require, whichever is longer.
Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, and a suppression record afterwards so we do not email you again by accident.
Server logs: as long as the hosting provider keeps them, typically a short rolling window.
Your rights
Several US states give their residents rights over personal information. Rather than work out which ones apply to you, we extend the same rights to everyone who writes to us, wherever you live.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct something that is wrong, ask us to delete it, or ask for it in a portable format you can take elsewhere. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, from the link in every one.
Write to hello@singlenotalone.space. We will reply within 45 days, we will not charge you, and we will not ask you to justify the request. We will not treat you any differently for having made one.
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, there is nothing for you to opt out of on that front. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Delaware Department of Justice, Consumer Protection Unit, to the Attorney General of your own state, or to the Federal Trade Commission. We would much rather you told us first, but that is your right and not a favour to us.
Children
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect anything at all from a child under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the foot of this page changes with it, and anyone subscribed will be told.
Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. Some are needed for a site to work; most, on most sites, are there to watch what you do.
Browsing this site sets no cookies at all. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for preferences. Every page here was checked again on 3 August 2026, including the contact page and the booking page, and each one produced zero cookies and zero requests to any other company’s server.
What is stored anyway
One item is written to your browser’s session storage by WordPress, recording whether your browser can display emoji. It is cleared when you close the tab, it contains nothing about you, and it is not used to identify you.
If you log in to administer the site, WordPress sets session cookies so it knows who you are. That applies to us, not to visitors.
The one thing that loads from somewhere else
The booking page carries a calendar provided by Cal.com. It is deliberately built so that nothing of theirs is requested until you press the button to open it, which means you can read the whole page, and decide against booking, without Cal.com ever knowing you were there.
Once you open it, the calendar runs inside a frame served by Cal.com and they set their own cookies in it, for their own purposes and under their own privacy policy. Choosing not to press the button is a real way to avoid that, which is the reason it is built this way.
If you would rather not use the embedded calendar at all, write to hello@singlenotalone.space and we will arrange a time by email.
What might set cookies later
If payment is ever taken through this site, the payment provider will set cookies during checkout, for fraud prevention and to keep your basket intact. It does not take payment today.
If a mailing list provider is connected to the newsletter form, that will be named here before it is switched on.
If any analytics is ever added, this page will say what it is, what it collects, and how to refuse it, before it is switched on. There is no plan to add advertising or social tracking at all.
Controlling cookies
Every browser lets you see, block, and delete cookies in its settings. Blocking them will not break this site as it stands, because it does not rely on any.
If you have a question about anything on this page, write to hello@singlenotalone.space.
